A common mode choke is an electrical filter that blocks high frequency noise common to two or more data or power lines while allowing the desired DC or low-frequency signal to pass.  Common mode (CM) noise current is typically radiated from sources such as unwanted radio signals, unshielded electronics, inverters and motors. Left unfiltered, this noise presents interference problems in electronics and electrical circuits.

Common mode inductor can also be called common mode filter or power filter. The common mode inductor is a common mode interference suppression device with ferrite as the core. The SQ series common mode inductors produced by Mingda Hi-Tech adopt high quality ferrite cores and flat copper wire.  The low differential mode noise signal suppresses the interference source, and the coupling coefficient is large. It has little effect on high-speed differential signals, and it is difficult to deform in high-connected signals. It has a good suppression effect on high frequency common mode noise. At the same time, it has a smaller size.  Common mode inductor is two sets of coils with the same number of turns, the same wire diameter, and the opposite winding directions on the same iron core.
