PTC thermistor
Both PTC and NTC could be provided.
Most commercial coaxial resonators are made of copper, but aluminum is increasingly used as the housing material. The actual resonator itself (usually the inside of the housing) will be silver-plated to improve conductivity and reduce "skin loss" to help maintain high Q. The coupling loop is silver-plated copper, and the coupling loop is silver-plated. The center resonator can even be gold-plated at the far end of the high RF impedance region.
The center resonator is usually silver soldered to the top cover, while the distal end of the housing is closed with a copper end cover. Usually, after all adjustments are completed, the top cover and end cover are usually fixed or welded to the housing by machine screws.
Advantages:
1. The working temperature range is wide, the normal temperature device is suitable for - 25 ℃ ~ 125 ℃
2. small size and can measure the temperature of voids, cavities and blood vessels in the organism which can not be measured by other thermometers;
3. It is easy to use and the resistance value can be selected from 0.1 to 100 K Ω;
4. easy to process into complex shape and can be mass produced;
5. Good stability and overload capacity.
6. Can be packaged in bulk bags or tape&Reel packaging.
